I worked with the Leyva Team when I upgraded from a condo to a single family home. I was so nervous and worried about all the upkeep that you don't have to worry about when you live in a condo! But the Leyva Team provided me with encouragement and their unwavering confidence which is just what I needed to take that step. When I bought the market was pretty nuts. I put in five offers on five different homes before I bought my house. Calm and focused the entire time, the Leyva Team coached me through the whole process and answered all of my (many) questions. Michelle and Julio helped my husband and I find a rental in the LA area this week for relocation from WI. I have so many things I want to say about how incredible they are, but first I'd like to say that their knowledge of the area was amazing. We spent most of our time with Michelle and quickly grew to trust everything she said. She was always spot on. She fielded so many calls, emails, texts and questions from me and she answered them all with such grace and insight. I just kept thinking if this is how they handle finding someone a rental they are incredible people because they put so much work into helping us and it's not like there is a home sale commission at the end. My friend bought a house a few months before we started looking, and her agent didn't do much for her. So, we had very low expectations when we called Julio, and he blew us out of the water!
From the beginning, Julio and Michelle worked with us to know what we would need, make recommendations and guide us through the process. They advised us as if we were family, constantly looking out for our best interest. And they really know what they're doing - they were able to draw on 15 years of experience to tell us what was good, what was great, and what was a land mine in disguise!
After 5.5 months of patiently showing us houses we found the right one and they shepherded us through the buying process, letting us know exactly what to expect at every point. Their calm, knowledgeable professionalism made escrow tolerable and way less scary!
