JULIO LEYVA
Julio is a Los Angeles real estate expert with more than 20 years of experience. He is a native of Peru and attended college at the University of San Francisco. After working in marketing and design for several years, Julio discovered a new passion in real estate during the process of buying his first home.
Julio’s background in design really comes in handy with creating all the marketing materials for our clients! Julio & Michelle live in Culver City and are very involved in their community. From working to define a client’s vision and managing those expectations, to negotiating with tenacity while keeping in close communication, Julio is well-known for his tireless determination that ensures his clients meet their goals, regardless of how complex and makes sure his clients have fun along the way. Featured in HGTV’s House Hunters & House Hunters Renovation.
Julio enjoys watching soccer and is now teaching both of their kids the game. Going for bike rides or trips to the beach is how he loves to relax and spend quality time with the family.
MICHELLE LEYVA
Born and raised in Kansas, Michelle moved to Los Angeles after graduating from college and began a career in product development. Her first home in California was a major fixer in Marina del Rey, which she deemed the Ramen Noodles period in her life after buying it and saving every penny possible. After meeting Julio, she moved to Culver City and it's been home ever since.
Once starting a family, it made sense to hang up the Corporate hat and join Julio to form a dynamic real estate team. There is nothing more exciting than helping clients find their place to call home. Making new lasting friendships is also amazing!
Michelle's savvy business sense has helped her clients tremendously when it comes to negotiating the deal and making an offer. Her ability to build relationships with clients and peers is second to none. The relationship built during the home buying experience goes well beyond the transaction. When she isn't working, flying airplanes, taking Pilates classes, and going for long walks are what she loves. She holds a Real Estate Broker license in CA and KS.
